Project Wall-I is a proposed data center project located on West Jefferson in Gibraltar at the former steel plant. Over the past several weeks, we have received questions regarding the project. To keep residents informed, the City of Gibraltar is providing updates and information on the proposed Project Wall-I data center.

This study was not commissioned by the City of Gibraltar or Raeden.

● McKenna Data Center Ordinance Proposal: On March 23rd, City Council approved the scope of work proposal for McKenna to amend the City’s zoning ordinance to create specific requirements for data centers.
