Winter Storage Reminder
As of Wednesday, November 1st, Gibraltar’s trailer storage ordinance (44-170 [2a]) will change to the Winter rules, which require a 45′ setback from the street, or 25′ feet from the street lot line, whichever is less. All types of trailers should be relocated to comply with the winter storage ordinance.

CODE OF ORDINANCE (SECTION 44-170 2a)
Boats and other watercraft, travel trailers, utility trailers, boat trailers, and RVs must be stored in the following manner.
JAN, FEB, MAR, NOV, DEC: At least 45 feet from the edge of the street or at least 25 feet from the street lot line, whichever is less.
APR, MAY, JUN, JUL, AUG, SEPT, OCT: At least 12 feet from the street or 5 feet from the sidewalk, whichever is less, so long as to not block any street signs, sidewalks, or obstruct traffic view; and not occupy more than 1/3 of total yard space.
Year-round storage within these specifications is permitted if registered to the property owner or the property owner’s immediate family, with a valid license and/or boat registration only.
